Directions to 27th Annual Kohala Country Fair

From Kona: Take Queen Ka’ahumanu Highway (19) north
to Kawaihae. At the intersection of (19) and (270) turn left
on to (270). At the next intersection past the Harbor Grill
turn right going north continuing on (270) (Akoni Pule Hwy)
towards Hawi. Kapa’au town is just past Hawi and is
approximately 19 miles from this intersection.
The fair will be in Kapa’au 1 mile past the statue
of King Kamehameha (toward Pololu).
The fair entrance is on the left
(makai) side of Akoni Pule Hwy opposite I’ole Road.
From Waimea: Head south on Kawaihae Road.
Turn right on Kohala Mountain Road (250). Continue to
Hawi, about 17 miles, turn left on Hawi Road.
At the bottom of Hawi Road turn right on to (270)
(Akoni Pule Hwy). Go to the next town of Kapa’au.
The fair is one mile from the statue of King Kamehameha,
(toward Pololu).The fair entrance is on the left (makai) side
of Akoni Pule Hwy opposite I’ole Road.
Parking Free abundant parking will be provided off street on fair property.
Entrance The fair entrance will be accessible from the fair parking lot.
Upon entrance to the the Kohala Country Fair you will be provided with
a fair directory and layout map of all of the activities and booths.
Donations for the parking which goes towards helping to support the fair
will be taken at this point.
