2011 KOHALA COUNTRY FAIR booth space is now up for grabs!
We MUST comply with all “County Fire Codes” and “Food Regulations”.
Inspectors WILL BE on site and shut down anyone not in compliance!
The order forms are all enterable. Once completed, please print out and mail to the
address specified in the Letter of Instruction. If you are ordering products, only the
quantities need to be specified. Tax and total will be calculated automatically. Please
remember the Fair Credit, to help you buy supplies at a discount, is valid only for
orders of $75.00 or more.
