From Kona: Take Queen Kaahumanu Highway (19) north toward Kawaihae.
Turn left (Makai) at Kawaihae Road intersection onto Akoni Pule Hwy (270)
Turn right (North) just past the Harbor Grill continuing on Akoni Pule Hwy
Continue to Hawi (about 17 miles)
Fair is in the center of town around the large Banyan Trees
From Waimea: Head south (Makai) on Kawaihae Road
Turn right (Mauka) on Kohala Mountain Road (250)
Continue to Hawi, turning left (Makai) on Hawi Road (about 17 miles)

Avoid parking on the street. Parking will be allowed in three large parking lots.
Towing services provided by Kar Tow Kohala 889-1061
(1) as you enter Hawi, the vacant lot across from Island Mortgage on Akoni Pule Highway, and from Hawi Hill Road,
(2) the parking lot of the Mormon Church and
(3) more convenient parking adjacent to the fair at the Kohala Village Inn. Donations accepted.
Parking for handicapped and seniors available. - If you must park on the street, be sure to stay inside the white lines, or you are likely to be ticketed.
