Vendors:
Kohala Country Fair booth space is available for 2011 and we have managed to keep the same prices!
Please download the instructions and follow carefully. We MUST comply with County Fire Codes and Food Regulations. Inspectors WILL BE on site and shut down anyone not in compliance!
The forms are all enterable. Once completed, please print out and send to the address specified in the Letter of Instruction.
If you are ordering products, only the quantities need to be specified. Tax and total will be calculated automatically. Please remember the Fair Credit is valid only for orders $75 or more.
